If you are required to complete the NPIAP Pressure Injury Training Modules 1-3 on an annual basis, please register for the 2025 Retake Course. This course contains the same content as the original version, but allows you to start fresh while preserving your progress and certificate from the previous enrollment.

Upon completing all course components, you will receive a new certificate of completion for the current year.

Learning Objectives: After reviewing the training modules and passing the module tests, you will be able to:

- Stage: accurately classify and stage pressure injuries from photographs and wound descriptions.

- Differentiate: Identify a pressure injury from other wounds and skin injuries.

- Collect Data: Describe pressure injury data collection procedures.

- Apply Interventions: Put pressure injury risk assessment and prevention interventions into practice.

- Identify Origins: Distinguish between community, hospital, and unit-acquired pressure injuries.
