Working in Harmony: Critical Conversations on Nutrition, Pressure Injuries, and Interdisciplinary Care is an interactive webinar designed to explore the vital connection between malnutrition, wound development, and healing within established wounds. Participants will gain insights into how nutritional status directly impacts skin integrity and the wound healing process, and why addressing these factors is essential for improving patient outcomes.
This session brings together a dietitian, nurse practitioner, and physical therapist—experts in wound care—to share evidence-based guidelines and practical strategies for managing patients at risk for pressure injuries and malnutrition. Attendees will learn how to translate current guidelines and best practices into actionable interventions and discover how interdisciplinary collaboration enhances care across the continuum.
